Airport Meet & Greet

Transportation

  We will make sure that you and your guests arrive in style. Our friendly, professional staff will meet and greet your group at the airport. We can handle large group transfers as well as individual VIP arrivals. Our expertise in coordinating manifests, gate personnel, baggage handling and vehicle schedules will assure that everything runs smoothly and efficiently.

Team Building Programs

      AP Team Building Programs are designed and modeled after today’s corporate environment, with emphasis on Project Management and Inter-Departmental Communication. These programs take place in attractive locations and employ mixture of outdoor activities, problem solving & creative tasks and most of all – fun.

   Participants are formed into teams and as such, have defined goals and time frame for completion. Simulating the open market conditions, these programs are an actual competition and teams are competing for maximum number of points within the time limit, utilizing the best strategy they can create.
   This process is very involving and embraces a range of active approaches to learning which aim to develop people's ability to learn from experience.   

   Experiencing a free-flowing learning climate in which there are few blocks or barriers and in which creativity and risk-taking is supported – is priceless.

AP TEAM BUILDING PROGRAM SAMPLES*:

 
1. ADVENTURE REGATTA
Each team with its boat competes through the course encompassing several islands and several tasks on sea & land. There is no better place to test teamwork than on the sailboat, but this will not be the only challenge. Learning to sail as a team will be interrupted with several ventures "on the dry". Navigation, creativity, communication and leadership will be decisive factors. This is a true, exhilarating and memorable adventure, that will stay with you for days to come.

2. BUSINESS EXPEDITION™
Teams are scurrying to make the best plan of action, to overcome and resolve as many tasks as possible using written instructions and map & compass. Tasks are divided in categories such as IQ, Fun & Entertainment, Knowledge, Memory, Art & Creativity as well as Physical ones where teams need to overcome natural obstacles using kayaks, rafts, bicycles, climbing ropes and most often their own feet. Within the time limit, the team that collects most points – wins.

3. NAV-COM
To reach their goals teams must communicate and cooperate with one another. Physically separated on the course, teams never meet and do not know others position. Every team receives secret information which is of crucial importance to another team and vice versa, and the overall mission success depends on communication and trust between teams. Along the way, every team encounters several hurdles and temptations, which may disrupt or break off communication and mutual trust.

* Programs are custom designed for an average person and do not require any particular proficiency in any of the outdoor activities.
* The program’s setting is contained and placed in a very attractive locations that further invoke the sense of adventure.
* It is controlled by a team of experienced course designers and instructors.
* Programs are highly customizable and as a rule, each course is designed according to the client’s needs and desires.

4. URBAN ADVENTURE
In this program disciplines of Street Trekking, Orienteering, Cycling, Climbing are combined with urban resources such as public transportation, historical & cultural points in the city, sport & recreational centers, shopping malls, as well as the most popular entertainment and nightlife destinations. Along the way teams must pass checkpoints with surprise tasks. The course is kept secret until the start of the program so the teams must adapt to the elements of surprise as they go. Urban Adventure is not won by the fastest, but by the wittiest team.

5. BUSINESS ADVENTURE RACE
An adventure race customized and adapted to clients needs and ability. This program combines outdoor sports and activities, such as trekking & mountaineering, kayaking, mountain biking, rafting, etc. The course design and disciplines depend largely on the location. Competing teams must pass through all of the checkpoints on the course, carrying necessary gear and supplies. The team that passes first through the finish line – wins. Teamwork before anything; adequate planning for gear, food and racing pace; good leadership and navigation – are the most important components for success.

   Croatian cuisine, influenced from so many sides, provides a concoction of choices of most delicious food and national drinks. You could dine night after night, eating various delicacies that will leave you with a feeling of traveling several different countries and climates. We provide a wide range of restaurant choice, with proven capability of handling large parties.

   We design custom menus, superb food and wine selection, as well as lunch bags for on the go. You will enjoy some of the tastiest food on Earth.

      Photo & Video Recording

   Our team of skilled photographers will record your events & adventures in high quality digital photo and video. The material is edited and packaged for you to keep the memory alive for years to come. You can give it to the participants as a memento and/or use it as a business tool.
